End-User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you and CASINO REGINA TRAVEL COMPANION LTD for the Casino Regina Travel Companion software (“Software”).

By installing or using the Software, you agree to this EULA and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

License grant

CASINO REGINA TRAVEL COMPANION LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on Apple devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with the App Store rules.

License restrictions

• You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except where prohibited restrictions are unenforceable by law.
• You may not remove proprietary notices or use the Software for unauthorized commercial purposes.
• You may not use automated systems to scrape or disrupt the Software.

Intellectual property

The Software is licensed, not sold. CASINO REGINA TRAVEL COMPANION LTD retains all right, title, and interest in the Software. You retain ownership of journal content you create.

No account features

The Software does not provide cloud accounts, multiplayer services, or paid subscriptions. Local preferences and journal data are stored on your device as described in the Privacy Policy.

Warranty disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CASINO REGINA TRAVEL COMPANION LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

Termination

This EULA remains in effect until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the Software.

Updates

CASINO REGINA TRAVEL COMPANION LTD may provide updates. Continued use after EULA changes constitutes acceptance of the modified EULA.

Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where CASINO REGINA TRAVEL COMPANION LTD operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
