Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Casino Regina Travel Companion handles information.

Privacy-first design

Casino Regina Travel Companion is built so your journal stays on your device. We do not operate a cloud backend for entries, photos, bookmarks, or preferences.

1. Data we do not collect

We do not collect, store, or share personal profiles, analytics, advertising identifiers, or journal content on our servers. The app does not require an account.

2. Local storage on your device

To provide core features, the app stores data locally on your iPhone, including journal entries, tags, moods, favorite places, pinned evenings, compose defaults, and optional photos you attach. You control this data; deleting the app removes it from the device (subject to any iOS backups you configure).

3. Camera and photo library

If you choose to attach photos to a journal entry or a support message, the app accesses the camera or photo library only with your permission and only to store or include the image you select. Photos remain on your device unless you intentionally share them elsewhere.

4. Network use

Core journaling and catalog browsing work offline. An internet connection is used when you open Privacy Policy or Terms of Service pages inside the app (loaded in a WebView from our website) or when you choose to contact us by email from your mail client.

5. No third-party trackers in the app

The mobile app does not embed third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. The App Store review prompt uses Apple’s StoreKit on-device API and does not send journal content to us.

6. Children

The app is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has provided information to us via email support, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
