By downloading or using Casino Regina Travel Companion (“the App”), you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. App usage

The App is a personal travel journal and Regina city companion for entertainment and personal use. You agree not to reverse engineer, redistribute, or misuse the App, and not to attempt unauthorized access to related systems.

2. Independent product

Casino Regina Travel Companion is published by CASINO REGINA TRAVEL COMPANION LTD. It is not an official product of Casino Regina’s operator. Place and evening content is provided for personal journaling inspiration and may not reflect live schedules, pricing, or availability.

3. Intellectual property

All software, design, branding, and bundled catalog content are owned or licensed by CASINO REGINA TRAVEL COMPANION LTD. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control.

4. Your content

Journal entries and photos you create remain yours. They are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your device if you wish to retain that content.

5. No accounts or subscriptions

The App does not require an account and does not sell subscriptions inside the App. If you obtained the App through the App Store, Apple’s terms also apply to the download transaction.

6. No guarantees

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or that catalog information is complete or current.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CASINO REGINA TRAVEL COMPANION LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes

We may update the App and these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the App.
